LAUNCESTON Ladies kept the pressure up on leaders Exeter Athletic Dakota in Women’s NC 2 South West (West) on Sunday as they beat neighbours Bude 55-12.
The Cabettes ran in nine tries, five of which were converted, and led 38-5 at the break.
Lisa Allin’s second try of the afternoon gave Bude some hope, but three more tries ensured the five points stayed at Polson Bridge.
See this week’s Post for a report from Dan Pearce on the game.
Both sides are at home this Sunday. Camborne head up the A30 to Launceston and Withycombe make the long trip over from East Devon to tackle Bude.
