BUDE have named their team for tomorrow’s crunch clash at Tavistock in Counties One Western West (2.30pm).
The Seasiders have twice already this term seen their visit to West Devon postponed due to the weather, but with conditions much improved in recent days, the game looks set to go ahead.
Bude were without a game last Saturday due to their Bencoolen Meadow pitch being waterlogged ahead of the visit of Paignton, and that allowed Bideford to overtake them.
Biddy edged past fellow strugglers Wiveliscombe 15-12 in North Devon to move four points clear of Bude and to within a point of Wivvy.
Bude have two games in-hand but know they must win two, possibly three, of their final five games to survive.
For tomorrow’s clash at Sandy Park, they are boosted by the availability of prop Fraser Martyn, hooker Rory Mead, lock Will Kingdon and flanker Harvey Cholwill from the side that was due to face Paignton.
In the backs, Ed Hilliam-Cooke is available and lines up at inside-centre with Olly Denford switching to fly-half and Harry Dymond dropping down to the bench which also includes prop Andrew Sillifant and winger Jack Horwell.
BUDE at Tavistock: Brad Thomas, Rory Hodges, Will Pharo, Ed Hilliam-Cooke, Zerran Hammond, Olly Denford, Charlie Watton; Fraser Martyn, Rory Mead, Matt Williams, Will Kingdon, Will Hockridge, Freddie Saxton (capt), Harvey Cholwill, Ben Hancock. Replacements: Andrew Sillifant, Harry Dymond, Jack Horwell.
