The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for areas of southern Britain from Wednesday, November 1.

Heavy rain and very strong and potentially damaging winds associated with Storm Ciarán is likely to bring disruption to parts of Cornwall.

Rain is forecast to start at 6pm and wind at 9pm on Wednesday and end on Thursday, November 2 at 12pm.
