A group of local horse riders took part in an annual get together in Linkinhorne ahead of Christmas recently.

Riders and their horses dressed from ear to hoof in elf, Santa and Christmas costumes, spreading Christmas joy all the way from Linkinhorne to The Manor House in Rilla Mill.

Once at their end destination the group were able to have a mince pie and mulled wine.
