A LADY from Highampton who creates coats for goats has produced a tribute to the Royal Family following Prince Philip’s death.
Marion White said: “I cannot believe what I have done. The tribute I have made for Prince Philip and his family, it brought me to tears.
“If the Royal Family saw what I have done they would be very, very touched I think.”
Marion spent many hours hand stitching her latest creations, with some of the beads having to be sewn on individually by hand.
“One of the coats took two days to make. I have worked hard on this and I think it is beautiful. But I’m not the only one.”
Following a hospital visit Marion invited the ambulance drivers to view her creations and she said they were ‘stunned’.
“The ambulance crew were stunned and one said they hadn’t seen anything like it before.”
She added: “I just wish the Royal Family could see it.”
Marion says she will continue to make her wonderful creations to try and bring a bit of joy to the world.
