A BUSINESS from Bude has been recognised at 2024’s Hair and Beauty Awards.
For the last twelve years the Hair and Beauty Awards have served as a prestigious accolade, aiming to celebrate the stylists and salons from across the country, which represent excellence in the hair and beauty industry and now, following this year’s esteemed award presentation, Bude Skin Clinic & IE Aesthetics sit among some of the very best.
On Sunday, April 21, representatives from some of the country’s latest up and coming health and beauty companies came together, dressed and glammed up, ready for the ceremony at the Mercure Bedford Centre Hotel.
As the evening progressed, winners were announced in each category before finally, representing both Bude and Cornwall, Bude Skin Clinic was announced as 2024’s winner.
Selected as a finalist within the ‘Skin Clinic’ category, Bude Skin Clinic & IE Aesthetics faced fierce competition, however despite this, the business received recognition and took the trophy home.
Bude Skin Clinic is owned by Isabella Eaton, a former Royal Air Force dental nurse and maxillofacial nurse. Also part of the Bude team are Kelly Richards owner and practitioner of Serenity Acupuncture, Carly Amos Yeo RGN and Louise Cox receptionist.
Commenting on the businesses big win, Isabella explained that the award is even more special to the team. She said: “We are absolutely ecstatic to have won this award for 2024, we were finalists in 2023 but due to our Aesthetics lead being diagnosed with breast cancer and undergoing a mastectomy and radiation treatment, we had to withdraw unfortunately, so to win this in 2024 has just been exactly what we needed.”
