POLICE are appealing to the public for their help in relation to a commercial burglary.

The incident took place in the early hours of Saturday, January 11.

An unknown intruder entered the premises on Exeter Road Industrial Estate and took multiple sets of vehicle keys and a set of kitchen units.

The suspect - or suspects - then went on to take two white Mercedes Sprinter vans and one silver van from the premises before fleeing the scene.

PC Briony Lees said: “We are asking for the public’s assistance for anyone who sees recent posts on local selling websites advertising flat-packed kitchen units for sale, or if anyone is approached to buy a set of units to please inform the police.

“We also want to hear from anyone who comes across a number of sets of keys abandoned or dumped in and around the local area.
