Members of Launceston Road Runners competed on either side of the Tamar last Sunday.

Several headed down to tackle the fourth race of the 2023 Cornwall Grand Prix Series – the Falmouth Half Marathon, a hilly course that takes in many of the town’s locations including Pendennis Castle, while four did The Granite Way race, where competitors choose whether to run ten or 20 miles across Dartmoor.
