HOLSWORTHY?Youth Football Club hosted their annual presentation night at the town’s Memorial Hall on Sunday, June 12.

The award winners were as follows:

Under 8s: Most Improved — Owen Johns; Sportsman — Oscar Frejch; Player of the Year — Tai Wonnacott.

Under 9s: Most Improved — Bailey Fackrell; Sportsman — Finley O’Riley; Player of the Year — Tyler Ivey.

Under 10s: Most Improved — Ethan Quance; Sportsman — Tyrese Lee; Player of the Year — Isaac Lewis.

Under 11s:

Most Improved — Rebecca Lucas; Sportsman — Milo Eyles; Player of the Year — Mark Horn.

Under 12s: Most Improved — Alex Vassilalis; Sportsman — Sam Heard; Player of the Year — Thomas Watson.

Under 13s:

Most Improved — Freddy Sillifant; Sportsman — Will Skinner; Player of the Year — Liam Slade.

Under 14s:

Most Improved — Lewis Pitcher; Sportsman — Archie Furber; Player of the Year —Sean Nadin.

Under 15s:

Most Improved — Sam Quance; Sportsman — Alex Farmer; Player of the Year — Ben Furber.

Under 16s:

Sportsman — Carl Bowden; Players Player — Finn Thompson; Player of the Year — Ace Jacob; Runner-Up — Sam Shepherd; Top Goalscorer — James Munns.

The Len Cook trophy was presented to Kieran Chapman, who plays for the under 16s and has also qualified as a referee and passed his first coaching awards.

Next season he will be training one of the youth teams.

The Committee Cup was presented to Ruth McDonald and Adam Chidley.
