BRADWORTHY are through to the final of the Devon Intermediate Cup after a 2-0 victory at Witheridge Seconds on Saturday.

The Shop-based outfit headed up to Barnstaple two points behind their opponents having played the same number of games, but are now relying on mistakes from Boca and second-placed Woolsery.

With both sides knowing the importance of the game, Boca raced into a 3-0 lead before Ritchie Armstrong got the Greens moving.

Boca scored again before half-time and although Callum Rogers made it 4-2 to give the improving visitors a sniff, Boca added a further three to kill the contest.

Sub Corrick Davies gave Morwenstow a third late on.

Shebbear United sit a point behind Morwenstow after a 3-1 success at High Bickington.

The game was in the palm of their hands at the break as they eased into a healthy advantage thanks to Ryan Down, Taylor Quick and Chris Wildern.

The hosts got one back after the break but the three points headed back with the Tangerines.

In Devon and Exeter League Division Three, promotion-chasing Halwill were beaten 3-2 at home by University of Exeter Fifths despite goals from Sam Down and Luke Potter.
