TWO Cornish surfers are celebrating today after claiming European Championship glory.

Ben Skinner from Perranporth became European Longboard champion at the Eurosurf Games in Santa Cruz, Portugal.

Surfing England commented: "It was an absolutely incredible performance from Ben from start to finish."

And Emily Currie from Bude won the European Women's Longboard Division.

Surfing England said: "What an outstanding performance and victory by Emily."
