LAUNCESTON Road Runners had an incredibly busy day on Sunday, November 3 with runners completing both the Cornish Marathon and Bideford 10 Miler.

Nine Launceston Road Runners endured the notoriously tough Cornish Marathon which was in its 40th year.

The event, which starts and finishes in Pensilva and is organised by East Cornwall Harriers, has plenty of scenery and infamous hills to keep the runners on their toes.
