FIREFIGHTERS from Launceston and Bodmin attended a three car road traffic accident at Langdon cross, North Petherwin, on November 4 at around 8.30pm.

One of the vehicles involved was on its side, leaking fuel with two people were trapped inside.

Members of the public gave first aid whilst fire crews stabilised the vehicle and made access to the casualties.

A Cornwall Fire and Rescue spokesperson confirmed: "Both casualties were released from the vehicle and left in the care of paramedics."
