DEVON and Cornwall Police are warning drivers to take care and slow down in today’s wet and foggy driving conditions after an accident on the A30 at Temple on Bodmin Moor caused an eastbound lane to have to be closed.

In the most recent update on the force’s INRIX page, at 3.13pm, the details posted were: ‘One lane closed and slow traffic due to accident, surface water and visibility reduced on A30 Eastbound at Temple turn-off’.

The force warns that there have been a number of other collisions elsewhere today due to the poor weather conditions.
