ONE man has been taken to hospital following a collision on the A388.

At around 2.15pm on Sunday, July 28, emergency services were called to reports of a collision on the A388 at Stourscombe.

The incident was later reported as a two vehicle collision, which saw one man taken to hospital. A police spokesperson confirmed his injuries are not life-changing or threatening. A woman was also checked for minor injuries at the scene.

Following the incident, both vehicles were recovered and oil was cleared from the road, prior to reopening.
