One pub in Launceston will be giving away free beers this Father's Day.

In partnership with Italian beer brand, Birra Murano, Launceston's The Stumble Inn is offering all visiting Dads a pint on the house this Father's Day!

For one day only, Sunday, June 18, any Father who heads over to the Inn with their children and requests a "Pint for Papa!" will receive a complimentary pint or bottle of Birra Murano, on the house.

Nic Ponticakis, Brand Manager for Birra Murano, said: “Birra Murano was born from an admiration for the Italian way of life. With its vibrant and warm culture and emphasis on family and food, Birra Murano transports its drinkers to the beautiful coast of Murano and reminds them of the beauty to be found in the simpler things in life, such as good times with family and friends, good food and good drink. 

“We hope that through our ‘Pints for Papà’ campaign, we encourage consumers to take inspiration from the Italian way of life this Father’s Day and find the time to sit down with their dads and really enjoy one another’s company. We want to encourage face-to-face communication and help bring families together. And all whilst enjoying a refreshing pint of Birra Murano, of course!”

 But what’s the catch? 

There is no catch, however free pints will be on a first come, first served basis – so don’t leave it too late in the day! All Dads must also be accompanied by their offspring.
