Launceston and Bude have both been shortlisted as some of the best places to live in Cornwall by Muddy Stilettos.

Each year, lifestyle publication Muddy Stilettos run a competition to find out where are the best places to live in the UK. These competitions are separated regionally before merging in a bid to find the best place to live in the whole of the country. 

This year, Cornwall has been broken down into ten locations, these include Launceston and Bude as well as eight other nominees hoping to be crowned best in the show. 

As well as Launceston and Bude, other Cornish locations such as Truro, St Agnes, Penzance, Falmouth, Nansledan (Newquay), Fowey, Hayle, and Wadebridge, are all nominated. 

While regional voting has now closed for the competition, voting for the national finals kicks off on March 20!
