PATIENTS attending Holsworthy Hospital this weekend have been issued with a warning as roadworks adjacent to the entrance are set to take place.

Vehicle access to and from the hospital site will be unavailable on Sunday, December 15.

A spokesperson for the hospital said: “Please be advised that essential roadway resurfacing works are scheduled to take place at the entrance throat area of Holsworthy Hospital on Sunday, December 15.

“During this time, vehicular access to and from the hospital site will be unavailable. We kindly request that all vehicles are removed from the car park prior to the commencement of the works, as any vehicles left on-site will not be able to exit until the completion of the project.

“Pedestrian access to the hospital will remain available via the adjacent footpath, though we urge all users to exercise caution due to the presence of construction personnel and machinery.

“The resurfaced roadway is expected to reopen to all traffic by Monday morning, 16th December. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we undertake these essential improvement works.”
