Get involved with the new Launceston Folk Club! 

The community launch event will take place on Saturday, September 23  from 10am to 10pm in Launceston Town Hall. 

Kevin Dempsey will be appearing as the special guest. 

Ticketed events include; guitar workshop from 1pm to 3pm for £5 and the evening concert from 7pm (doors) for £10. 

Free events from 10am to 7pm  include; Bude Barrel Morris, ‘Kick up the dust’ -Ceilidh  dancing for all, Bodmin Folk Club, local stories from the town crier, folk sessions and performances throughout the day,  Otho Peter Suite - Library family fun day. 

There will be a bar and pre concert food available.

All profits from the event will go towards supporting people recovering from trauma/PTSD, especially those working in frontline health and emergency services, and chronic health challenges/ disabilities.
