A SKATE park used by a town’s youth has been the subject of a large amount of broken glass — leading to a warning from its town council.

Camelford Town Council says that it urges anyone who witnesses misuse of the skate park to report it to the local authority’s clerk or to notify the police.

A spokesperson for Camelford Town Council said: “On Tuesday, March 4, our grounds team discovered large amounts of broken glass at the skate park. While we’ve taken great care to remove as much glass as possible, we urge everyone to remain cautious when using the facility.

“If you witness any misuse of the skate park, please report it by contacting [email protected] with the dates and times, or notify the police.”
